Who we are
Established in 2011 with incorporated certificate no. 85237 and registered as a class one (I) construction company in building and civil works. The company has been involved in affordable housing projects, commercial, retail, residential, civil, and wastewater treatment projects.
The company has accomplished several pilot designs and built affordable schemes with the major key players in the industry, including private and government organizations. Pioneer has successfully managed to execute and commission projects with a value of 20 billion within 5 years.
Timely and quality delivery has been driven and capable achieved with the use of team and collaboration approach adopted by the pioneer management. At all times, the management ensures designs are well coordinated and executed within the budget; Project issues are resolved prior to execution and activities are well coordinated with required resources.
