Project Overview
A Permanent Base for Tax Administration in Simiyu
Pioneer Builders Limited was entrusted with the execution of the Construction of the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Simiyu Regional Office Building. The project forms part of the Government's ongoing efforts to decentralise and strengthen tax administration infrastructure across the country.
The office serves as TRA's permanent base in the Simiyu Region, providing modern facilities for improved service delivery, compliance monitoring and administrative operations.
The main objective was to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective and durable office building that meets TRA's operational and functional requirements, while adhering to national standards and environmental considerations.

Clearing, excavation and levelling of the site, followed by setting out and the full foundation works.
