Pioneer Builders Limited was entrusted with the execution of the Construction of Affordable Houses for the National Housing Corporation (NHC) at Kibada, Dar es Salaam.

The project is part of NHC's national initiative to provide affordable, high-quality housing solutions to meet the growing demand for residential accommodation in urban areas.

The development aims to improve living standards, promote sustainable urban growth, and support the Government's vision of ensuring access to adequate and affordable housing for all Tanzanians — delivered not as isolated houses, but as a serviced estate with roads, drainage, landscaping and security in place from handover.
