Pioneer Builders Limited was entrusted with the execution of the Construction of Residential Apartments at Mwongozo, Dar es Salaam.
The project is part of the broader national initiative to increase the supply of quality residential units that meet modern housing standards while promoting sustainable urban living.
The development provides comfortable, affordable and environmentally friendly homes for residents in one of Dar es Salaam's rapidly growing neighbourhoods — multi-storey blocks served by their own access roads, drainage, water supply and sewerage.
